Introduction The competitor websites chosen for this research were Immigration New Zealand (www.immigration.govt.nz), Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (www.border.gov.au) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (www.usgis.gov). To find how user-friendly applicants for Australian residence would find that country’s site, the team also surveyed the opinions of different users who used three websites.
